Shipping & Tracking



    • It usually takes us 24-48 hours to ship the order.
    • Orders are shipped on weekdays.
    • Please ensure correct name on the shipping address.
    • Our packaging is discreet and doesn’t mention the contents anywhere.


We send out an email notification with tracking details once your order ships. You can click on the tracking link in email to check the tracking status of your order anytime.

We monitor all packages and will send you an email in case of shipping exceptions (collect from post office, undeliverable address or anything else). Please ensure our emails are not ending up in your spam folder.

For RMS orders it’s perfectly normal for you to not see a tracking update for 1-2 weeks, this is due to customs delays. Unfortunately, it is beyond our control. Please be patient your order will be delivered in the timeframe we promised or we will reship your order for free!

Refunds & Reshipments:

In very rare cases your package can get lost before it leaves the shipping country. Also, we have a no questions asked refund or reshipment policy if your order meets the following criteria.

    • Your package was intercepted by customs. (We know it’s stuck if the package doesn’t move for 10 working days.)
      • Your package was lost in transit. (No tracking update for 2 weeks EMS & 3 weeks for RMS)
      • We will reship or refund if your package doesn’t get to you in 28 working days for EMS and 60 days for RMS.
    • The reshipment or refund policy does not cover, if an incorrect address has been provided to us or the package has returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts
